The District Court of Carver County, Minnesota, has granted Injunctive
Relief for both Craig Leichty and Mike Fisher. They are back on the ACNA BoD!
Of all the documents here, this is the one to read. Check out item 9 on page
3, item 15 on page 4 and under the heading "Conclusions of Law", item 1 on
page 4.
