I've asked the Executive Committee time and again for clarification on their activities. I started this originally because there were things that just didn't seem to add up. As I made more inquiries, there were more questions. During this entire time Karen Chadwick was the only person who answered my questions. When it became clear that she was not telling the entire story, I started cc'ing my inquiries to chapter reps, chapter president and anybody else who would listen. At this point, the EC will not communicate with me at all and I fear that they regard me as a danger to the club. Should they desire, they could potentially suspend my club membership.

The fact is, I am no danger to the club. The questions that I have asked should be readily answerable by any BoD or EC that is operating within their bylaws. Not only should they be answerable, but any member asking these questions should receive answers. Why the EC chooses to disregard my emails is a matter for speculation. They certainly aren't talking about it.

At this point, the elections occurred, the results were in and life went on. Then one day in April of 2007, I noticed that there were no new BoD meeting minutes posted on the ACNA website and that the list of directors was as it stood in 2006. So I asked Karen about these issues. That opened the sluices for what appears to be gross misconduct on the part of the entire Executive Committee of the ACNA
